Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dormitory Supervisor to join our team at SOON LEE INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dormitory facilities, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, and upholding our company's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce duties to protect and maintain dormitory and property premises, ensuring compliance with regulations and rules.
  • Respond to and resolve dormitory incidents and service reports in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance to governmental agencies during inspections of property and dormitory services.
  • Perform facilities operations, including defect reporting and daily inspections to ensure adherence to house rules and common sharing facilities.
  • Implement access and traffic control measures to ensure only authorized persons and vehicles have access to the premises.
  • Report on infringements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Patrol and maintain peace within and around the factory and dormitory premises.

Requirements

  • Experience working in dormitories or industrial premises is preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable with being on the ground ensuring compliance and upholding company standards.
