Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Search Expert to join our team.

As an Intelligent Search Expert, you will play a critical role in building intelligent search systems for our platform.

You will be responsible for developing AI-powered search agents and leveraging large language models (LLMs) to deliver accurate, real-time responses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building AI Search Agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities.
  • Enhancing LLM-based query understanding by processing multi-turn conversations and conducting semantic analysis on queries and documents.
  • Optimizing retrieval and ranking algorithms, training and optimizing LLMs for answer generation, and enhancing the relevance and structured presentation of search results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in C++/Python; strong command of algorithms and data structures.
  • Broad knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, including LLM principles and fine-tuning workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering technical projects.
