We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team in building a strong and robust infrastructure for TikTok's search experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop key features on TikTok Search, understand how user requests vary over time, and work with a dynamic team that encourages intellectual curiosity, openness, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize search quality by providing users with the best possible results.
  • Combine product objectives with modern machine learning, NLP, and Multimodal techniques to improve search result metrics.
  • Work with products and DAs to deliver features that enhance user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficient coding skills in C++/Python/Java and strong algorithm and data structure foundation.
  • Experience in NLP, Ranking, Ads, Search Engine, Recommender System, and Machine Learning.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
