Data Management Strategist

As a Data Management Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our marketing data strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive data framework that aligns with our business goals and facilitates seamless multi-market rollouts.

  • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Legal, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
  • Develop scalable data frameworks, segments, and documentation to support the use of marketing platforms.
  • Oversight of data privacy compliance and governance, adapting strategy to local regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate media data from sources such as Google Analytics and Conversion API to inform campaign targeting and performance measurement.
  • Design enablement materials and training programs to facilitate market adoption of global data tools and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management, analysis, and governance, preferably in a regional or global setting.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations in APAC (e.g., GDPR equivalents).
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Tealium) and media platform integration (e.g., TikTok, Meta).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
