We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
Description of Duties:
The Enrolled Nurse will be accountable for analysing and planning nursing care for residents, as well as coordinating and implementing their care plans. This includes assessing residents' needs upon admission and regularly throughout their stay in the nursing home.
Nursing Responsibilities:
- Analyse and plan nursing care for residents.
- Coordinate and implement care plans for residents.
- Assess residents' needs on admission and each shift throughout their stay in the nursing home.
- Conduct rounds to ensure residents are safe and report any abnormalities for immediate treatment.
- Prepare and assist physicians with procedures.
- Identify problems related to illness and decline in functional and cognitive abilities, and advocate early medical attention.
- Document all care rendered accurately and maintain quality procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate resident progress with the healthcare team and family members.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of ward clinical experience is required.
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is necessary for this position.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts is essential.
