We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our efforts in expanding partnerships with e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through online marketplace integrations, building strategic alliances, and identifying new business opportunities in the Singapore market.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will manage and develop partnerships with leading online marketplaces, including onboarding products, optimizing listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotions. They will also monitor performance metrics and optimize accordingly. Additionally, they will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution on marketplaces.

Corporate Alliances:

">

The ideal candidate will identify and secure corporate partnerships for bulk gifting, employee rewards, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs. They will develop customized gifting solutions for B2B clients and manage end-to-end execution. Furthermore, they will negotiate and close long-term corporate contracts with high-value clients and represent the company at networking events, B2B expos, and industry gatherings to generate visibility and leads.

Strategic & Financial Planning:

The successful candidate will create revenue forecasts, sales targets, and partnerships roadmaps. They will track and report alliance performance metrics and marketplace ROI. Additionally, they will collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely invoicing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Team Management & Collaboration:

The ideal candidate will lead a small team across sales, marketing, and operation. They will provide strategic inputs for new product development based on partner and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or related fields.">
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, corporate sales, or partnerships.">
  • Proven success in scaling marketplace revenue and managing high-value corporate clients.">
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.">
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore e-commerce and B2B ecosystem.">
