Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our hospital construction projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of hospital construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements throughout project phases.
  • Communication: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital stakeholders to drive project milestones and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Documentation: Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages.
  • Commissioning and Closeout: Ensure smooth project commissioning, closeout, and transition to facility operations, addressing any defects or outstanding issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Min. 10 years of local project management experience.
  • Background: Preferably have experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in hospital construction projects.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of local construction codes, healthcare regulations, and safety practices.
