Job Title:
Music Educator

We are seeking an engaging and musically skilled educator to join our preschool group in Singapore. This role involves delivering a structured, play-based music curriculum that nurtures children's love for music through singing, movement, and hands-on instrumental learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in music education and a passion for working with preschoolers.

Responsibilities include:
Delivering a comprehensive preschool music curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years.
Teaching foundational music skills including singing, percussion, keyboard, recorder, and violin for older age groups.
Planning, leading, and reflecting on music lessons aligned with the centre's educational philosophy.
Tracking and documenting children's musical progress using checklists and anecdotal records.
Supporting performances, school events, and year-end concerts.
Requirements include:
Diploma or Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or related field (ABRSM certifications in Piano, Music Theory, or similar are advantageous).
Proficient in at least two musical instruments (e.g. Piano, Violin, Ukulele, Guitar).
Familiarity with Solfege (do-re-mi), Suzuki Violin, or Keyboard instruction is a bonus.
Classroom experience teaching music to preschoolers is essential.
A confident classroom presence, strong communication, and child engagement skills.
A warm, creative, and passionate approach to inspiring musical discovery in young children.
