Role Overview:
A results-driven professional is sought after to manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. This individual will utilize hands-on experience in managing and scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, specifically within the EdTech sector targeting international markets such as the US & UK.

This role involves delivering high-quality leads at optimized costs while collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.

Targeting and retargeting relevant international audiences, especially in the US & UK, for EdTech offerings will be a key focus.

Monitoring ad performance, continually optimizing campaigns to reduce costs, and improve return on ad spend are crucial tasks. Conducting competitor analysis and audience research to refine targeting strategies will be part of your role. Additionally, you will develop ad creatives, brief designers/writers as needed, and conduct A/B tests on copy, creatives, and placements. Analyzing data and generating insightful reports for management on campaign performance will be essential. Collaborating closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives is a key aspect. Staying updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and EdTech marketing strategies is also expected.

Requirements:


2+ years of experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads for EdTech companies, with a focus on the US and UK markets.

Strong knowledge of campaign structure, budgeting, keyword strategy, ad copy creation, and bid optimization is necessary. A deep understanding of international lead generation strategies and funnel optimization is required.

Ability to interpret data using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms is essential.

Strong communication skills, self-driven, and results-oriented approach are essential.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho is beneficial. Basic knowledge of landing page design and optimization is a plus. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is considered advantageous.
