We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team.

Job Description
  • Prepare all pastry ingredients according to established recipes.
  • Mix, measure and assemble ingredients with precision.
  • Produce a variety of pastries, cakes and cookies using traditional methods and creative flair.
  • Adorn and decorate pastries and cakes with intricate designs.
  • Follow presentation specifications as set by senior patissiers.
  • Contribute to stock taking and inventory management.
  • Store and package ingredients and products neatly and hygienically.
  • Comply with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in related field.
