Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, coordinating with vendors, and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining office facilities and equipment
  • Coordinating with vendors for maintenance services
  • Managing inventory levels of pantry and office supplies
  • Liaising with the office building maintenance team


SG&A Vendor Management
The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with SG&A vendors to obtain necessary documentation and information for creation and updating in the system. Additionally, they will assist with sourcing and conducting quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance, and services when necessary.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with flight, visa arrangement, and hotel arrangement
  • Assisting with filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
  • Coordinating with appointed vendor for archiving and retrieval of documents
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new joiners
  • Assisting with organizing company events and gift purchases
  • Coordination of local and overseas courier services
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mails and office mainline incoming phone calls
  • Running office errands when necessary (i.e., to the banks)
