Job Title: Site Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, upgrade, and replacement of hospital facilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and non-clinical equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing and monitoring maintenance service standards provided by specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and monitor the quality of maintenance services delivered by specialist contractors and outsourced maintenance service providers.
- Support, implement, and manage cyclical and improvement projects in collaboration with departments and the hospital.
- Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance teams and ensure high maintenance standards are maintained and planned PM schedules are met.
- Provide technical support to outsourced maintenance agents in addressing system failures and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E, preferably in healthcare/public sector.
