Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance, operations, and improvement of our hospital's physical environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the hospital's physical environment, ensuring a safe and healthy workspace for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Lead a team of senior technicians and technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree holder with 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field;
or Diploima Holder with 10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field;

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on people management and development;

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
