Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, modification and replacement works of hospital facilities, mechanical and electrical services and non-clinical equipment. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring outsourced maintenance agents perform against prescribed KPIs in engineering services, functions and maintenance activities. You will also audit and monitor maintenance services standards rendered by specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service providers to ensure compliance with hospital standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit and monitor performance standards of outsourced maintenance services by specialist vendors and service providers for critical systems vital to hospital operations.
  • Coordinating improvements projects to hospital services and facilities, including upgrading of systems and equipment components.
  • Ensuring prompt service recovery for any breakdown of equipment and systems to minimize disruption to hospital service operations.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional who holds a diploma/degree in Building Services, Facilities Management or similar. Additionally, minimum 5 years' experience in ACMV & managing M&E services in a healthcare setting is required. You should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
