FM Team Lead

**Job Title:** FM Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional facilities management services, with a strong focus on maintenance, operations, and improvement.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Maintain and improve the physical environment of the hospital, ensuring a safe and healthy workspace for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Lead a team of senior technicians and technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree holder with 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field;
  or Diploima Holder with 10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field;

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on people management and development;
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
