Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and creative professional to lead our Hair Care business in Singapore. This role will be responsible for crafting purposeful communication, spearheading disruptive science-driven innovation, and driving impactful business results.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, customer-centric, and able to balance short-term goals with long-term strategies. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling narratives that captivate consumers and connect with them on a personal level.
  • Develop impactful innovations that drive business results and meet consumer needs.
  • Create desirability for our brands by owning every part of the mix.
  • Drive business results by implementing a Beauty driven financial growth model.
  • Be the face of UI's Hair Care business with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead a team and build the next layer of UI Beauty & Wellbeing leaders.
