**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to assess their hair type, concerns, and style preferences
- Recommend suitable hair care products based on individual needs, preferences, and budget, while clearly explaining their benefits
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Process sales transactions, manage returns, and ensure accurate cash handling
- Participate in and support in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Perform hands-on hair care services and treatments using oxygen devices and other in-house equipment

**Requirements**:

- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of hair care, beauty trends, products, and cosmetic treatments
- At least 1 year of experience in hair care consulting or as a hairstylist (preferred)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Friendly, approachable, and professionally groomed
- Sales-driven with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude
