We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of HVAC Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting routine maintenance checks on air conditioning units
  • Performing chemical washes to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting issues with air conditioning systems
  • Installing new air conditioning units
  • Maintaining accurate records of servicing and maintenance

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Work effectively at heights and in confined spaces
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driving license
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
