Director of Early Childhood Education

The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the preschool, ensuring it operates in a compliant and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate clear goals for the preschool, serving as a foundation for curriculum objectives.
- Maintain daily operations in order, adhering to relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship to teachers, fostering collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation.
- Define and implement strategies for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management.
- Manage relationships with parents, addressing concerns, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in early childhood education leadership.
- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher qualification.
- Registration and certification with ECDA as L2 with Leadership.
- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and supervisory skills are essential for success in this role.
