About the Role

The Senior Director of Early Childhood Education is a high-level leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of an educational institution, ensuring excellence in curriculum delivery, staff performance, and a safe, nurturing learning environment that aligns with early childhood education guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching, care, and professionalism.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum in alignment with early childhood education frameworks.
  • Monitor children's learning and development, and work with teachers to support differentiated learning.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children's holistic development.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership) or equivalent.
  • Certification recognised by the relevant authorities with L2 certification or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an educational setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
