Job Role Overview

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing customer expectations from accident reporting to vehicle repair completion. Handling phone calls and enquiries, assisting and advising customers on paperwork and processes are key aspects of the role.

Key responsibilities include creating repair estimates for damaged vehicles, communicating with insurance companies/surveyors for claims, and coordinating with technicians on repair plans. Proficiency in these areas is crucial for success in this position.

Additionally, a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service is essential. This includes having excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a strong ability to handle complaints professionally.

Desirable qualities for the ideal candidate include having a driving license, experience in the automotive repair industry, and familiarity with car insurance claims procedures. A team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills would be highly valued.
