The Workshop Administrator is a vital role that requires exceptional customer service skills to handle phone calls and inquiries, assisting and advising customers on paperwork and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations from accident reporting to vehicle repair completion
  • Create repair estimates for damaged vehicles
  • Communicate with insurance companies/surveyors for claims
  • Coordinate with technicians on repair plans

Requirements:

  • Working experience in the Automotive Repair industry
  • Familiarity with car insurance claims procedures
  • Driving license
