Job Description:

The role of Planning Support Associate plays a vital part in assisting the planning and production departments to maintain an efficient workflow. This includes managing administrative tasks related to task card processes, especially during initial and final stages of heavy maintenance checks.

This position is crucial for ensuring timely and successful work completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising cards in ERP systems
  • Ensuring correct setting of part due dates in ERP systems
  • Providing administrative support to production departments
  • Assisting Maintenance Planners with relevant tasks
  • Scanning completed task cards and supporting project archiving
  • Filing completed task cards to maintain accurate records
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Prior experience in accurate and efficient data entry
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team environment
  • Capable of working in organized and detail-oriented manner
  • Confidence in decision-making and clear communication
  • Support-oriented mindset, willing to assist where needed
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
