Job Title: Strategic Planning Associate Join our team and contribute to the development of a long-term strategic direction for a leading investment platform. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop corporate strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  • Lead industry trend analysis, market opportunity identification, and competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the formulation and approval of developmental and financial KPIs for funds, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Track and report on company achievements against corporate deliverables and overall fund KPIs.
 Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or management consulting, with a track record of successful strategic initiatives and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to develop insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to produce data-driven reports and presentations.
