Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our site as the Chief Security Officer. As the head of security, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will be expected to lead a team of security officers, plan and implement security protocols, conduct daily briefings, and provide support to clients.

Responsibilities:

"
  • ">
  • Overall in charge of a big site with 20 to 30 security manpower;">
  • Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements;">
  • Day shift – Mon to Fri; Sat – half day; Off on Sunday & PH. Office hours;">
  • Manpower planning & deployment, leading the team, conduct daily briefing, answer emails from clients/helpdesk, prepare various management reports, fulfill KPI;">
  • Possess valid security license, preferably with CSO or SSS;">
  • Main contact point between security team and MA/Client; Work with clients closely and carry out instructions according to SOP;">
  • Put up incident reports, compile daily weekly/monthly reports and various management reports;">
  • Conduct OJT for new staff; guide and advise new staff and orientate him for the job;">
  • Attend management meetings & prepare minutes; give suggestion for improvement of services;">
  • Regular refresher courses on customer service, handling fire alarm, emergencies, Bomb threats, suspicious person & objects;">

  • Valid security license, preferably with CSO or SSS;">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Familiarity with video analytics; body worn cameras, motion detector, vehicle management system;">
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office;">
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays;">
  • Possess good physical fitness and health condition.">
