ERP Specialist Job Description

This is a technical role requiring expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including the ability to implement ERP systems to meet business needs and maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in ERP-related projects from planning to post-implementation support, providing expert guidance and technical knowledge.
  • Support process improvements in refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory, analyzing data to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis to aid business decision-making, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage post-project support, including material requirements planning, cycle counts, and future system-related projects, ensuring long-term sustainability and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business information systems or computer science, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical skills in project management, system implementation, and data analysis, with experience in working with ERP systems.
