Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the Business Community to enhance business processes and IT applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing incidents on behalf of users, training key users, and representing system user interests in projects.

The primary focus areas include continuous improvement of ERP Systems, regular exchange with support network and Business Process Experts, aiding end-users in submitting new process improvement ideas, describing and managing the full lifecycle of coordinated Change processes to business processes with system impact, building the knowledge base and transferring knowledge to team members and business stakeholders.

  • End-to-End accountability for Manufacturing/Quality System support, including personal contact for key and end users.
  • Log, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents/requests in Service Now; escalate and involve 2nd level support as needed.
  • Perform root cause analysis, cooperate with 2nd level support, and validate/test resolution proposals.
  • Communicate and coordinate end-user activities during major incidents and supervise interface for business cases.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance global master data, additional exposure to PP, QM and Warehouse/Transport management, strong understanding and proficiency in SAP modules, architecture, and integration points, experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus, and excellent networking, communication, and language skills (German and English).

Requirements
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Expert in the, preferably certified in ITIL V3/V4.
  • Experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), discipline of IT Service Management.
  • Experience in highly regulated industry, preferably Life Sciences.
