Our client, a leading A1 civil contracting firm in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team and review shop drawings for foundation, geotechnical, structural, and civil projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure design deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Interpret architectural, civil, structural, and M&E drawings to inform project decisions.
  • Manage design submissions, procurement, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
  • Highlight project risks, design optimization, and changes to ensure project success.
  • Provide practical construction solutions and coordinate with QPD/QPS and clients regarding engineering proposals and submissions.
  • Manage sub-contractor design teams for designing clearance and ensure design deliverables meet technical, contractual, and cost requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board Singapore.
  • Minimum years of LTA large-scale infrastructure project experience required (consultancy/contractor environment).
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and ability to lead a team.
