Job Description

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of daily area operations, ensuring smooth workflow in terms of receipt, storage, and shipment. This includes managing and owning improvement initiatives in the department.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the warehouse and shipping areas are operated in a safe, cGMP manner at all times
  2. Assisting in the review of logistics SOPs and building new ones as needed
  3. Generating and/or approving relevant change requests and deviations
  4. Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  5. Supporting QA, customer, and regulatory audits (internal and external)
  6. Streamlining area processes and workflows to increase area efficiency
  7. Maintaining a good working relationship with other Lonza teams
