Job Title

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Strategist to advance our government agency's digital transformation projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to translate business requirements into detailed solutions, considering system limitations and technical constraints.

  • Elicit stakeholder business needs and develop comprehensive requirements documents, including user stories and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design effective solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with UX designers to plan research activities, such as product conceptualization workshops and usability testing.
  • Coordinate UAT progress, acceptance, and defect management.
  • Organize the product backlog by gathering information with stakeholders and participating in crafting functional/design specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Citizenship of Singapore.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT business analysis/development, designing application solutions, and testing.
  • Experience in cloud (related certification advantageous).
  • Prior experience in programming languages (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript) advantageous.
  • Low code platform, data analytics, cloud, design thinking, and service design experience advantageous.
  • Full SDLC/PDLC using Agile methodologies (related certification advantageous).
  • Experience in command, control, communication, business continuity planning/system, crisis/incident management system.
