Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Executive to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, finished products, and all related processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and lead a team of quality control assistants to ensure efficient and effective inspection processes.
  • Compile and analyze data from inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols to support quality objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members and visitors on food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of QC reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the catering industry.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and AIB is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingsness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
