Job Title: Site Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Site Development Specialist to lead the implementation of site development projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in conducting soil investigations, installing and monitoring soil instrumentation, and ensuring site quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site investigations for proposed projects
  • Install and monitor soil instrumentation to guarantee accurate data collection
  • Manage site quality control processes to ensure that all core samples meet specified requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Meet regularly with site personnel to discuss project progress and address any concerns
  • Monitor and report on-site works and instrumentation, ensuring accurate data logging
  • Analyze site investigation data from boring, CPT, and PMT tests
  • Analyze monitoring data from SP, PP, IN, and WS instruments
  • Effectively manage and coordinate site activities, including handling and coordination of site operations
  • Develop strong relationships with all levels of personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Demonstrate excellent technical skills, including expertise in excavation, drainage, water management, construction, quality control, and civil engineering
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Relevant work experience is preferred but fresh graduates may also apply
  • Site Investigation/Instrumentation Supervisors certification is an asset but not required
