Job Description

SITE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing teams of engineers, technicians, and other support staff to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
  • Team management: Lead and motivate teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Cost control: Monitor and manage project costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
