Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient development of construction sites.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise site staff and contractors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and project specifications.
  • Provide standing supervision for civil and structural works, including tunneling operations.
  • Assist in the management and control of site staff, including instilling discipline and maintaining punctuality.
  • Oversee all aspects of site development, including record-keeping and submission of reports.
  • Provide support and assistance as directed by senior management or clients.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in tunneling works.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • The successful candidate must hold an IES certificate as a RE and RE(Tunnel).
  • Able to work a 56-hour week.
