Operational Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, install, and test plant systems to ensure high production availability and efficiency.
About the Role:- Lead projects focused on improving reliability, availability, and operational efficiency of gas filling plants.
- Manage non-operational activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth plant operations and full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Act as a representative in maintenance meetings to resolve issues and procure spare parts and project materials.
- Liaise with customers and consultants to resolve contractual issues and operational permits.
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to improve operations, identify abnormalities, and participate in root cause analysis for incidents or operational upsets.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, safety records, and participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance overall plant performance.
- Degree in engineering qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, plant maintenance, electrical and instrumentation or facilities management.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose faults.
- Ability to work independently, strong safety mindset, and demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and health.
