Job Summary:
">Lead the Development of Strategic PlansAs a Senior Manager in Business Planning, you will be responsible for defining SHINE's vision and strategies across all divisions. This involves collaborating with LT to prioritize business strategies and timing of strategy roll out in a roadmap. You will also ensure that strategies across all divisions are aligned with SHINE's overall vision by breaking down silos.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education in Business Administration or related field.">
  • 10-12 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in complex projects.">
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CITPM/PMP) with practical experience.">
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking methodologies.">
  • Knowledge of technologies such as HR, Finance, Data Warehouse, and Analytics.">
  • Experience with tender/RFP processes, negotiation, and contract matters preferred.">
