Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production staff in the planning and execution of medical device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will participate in strategic meetings, plan resources and materials, and ensure quality and safety targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic meetings to plan material and resource allocation for the product line.
- Monitor and analyze Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) performance and facilitate daily shift start-up meetings.
- Counsel and guide station leaders on LDMS improvement and interpretation.
- Manage station leaders to achieve zero defects per million on human-related issues.
- Develop station leaders to build effective teams within the line.
- Provide coaching and certification to trainees on assembly processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education with credits in English or any other equivalent certification.
- Preferably 2 years' experience in managing and leading assembly stations.
- Certificate in Section Leader would be an advantage.
- Flexible shift work: 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm, and 11.00pm-7.00am.
