Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise production staff and enforce health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all production staff have adequate training to operate equipment
  • Identify areas for improvement in production processes
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Liaise with engineering teams to develop strategies for cost reduction and manpower optimization
  • Support engineering and manufacturing teams in developing safety protocols and reporting issues
  • Participate in quality meetings and conduct production CAB meetings to ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Record and report on departmental activities and production results regularly
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision, or Industrial Engineering)
  • At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing assembly environments
  • Excellent communication skills for mentoring and coaching production staff
  • Strong problem-solving methodology skills
  • Compliance with safety standards and process safety management
