Asia Region Business Planning Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Planning professional to join our Asia-region team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning, with expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of business objectives and performance tracking for Asia-region subsidiaries. This will involve working closely with regional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

Additionally, the Business Planning Member will assist in annual business and budget planning processes, design and implement KPI frameworks, and act as a liaison to enhance strategic communication between HQ and regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing as a strategic advisor to regional leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, assess business opportunities, and develop proposals for new initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing KPI frameworks to measure and track business performance across various regions.
  • Maintaining relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning within logistics or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders.
