Corporate Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the corporate planning function, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term strategic direction and tactical plans.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate strategies, with a strong focus on driving business growth and improvement. You will be responsible for leading engagements with key stakeholders, driving corporate initiatives, and ensuring alignment of strategic goals with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine corporate strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the analysis of industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the formulation and approval of developmental and financial KPIs for the organization, ensuring they are strategically aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Track and report on the company's achievements of corporate deliverables and overall fund KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning or management consulting, with a track record of successful strategic initiatives and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, and ability to develop insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
