Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager, Customer Onboarding, you will lead the onboarding process for our customers. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, enabling them to achieve their goals quickly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Team Leadership: You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering world-class customer onboarding experiences.
  • Customer Relationship Building: You will develop strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional support during the onboarding process.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities to improve our onboarding processes, implementing changes that enhance the customer experience.
  • Talent Development: You will recruit, coach and develop top talent to join your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • You are an innovative thinker, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree combined with at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a customer success or onboarding capacity.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
