Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive support specialist to assist our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable handling confidential matters.
Main Responsibilities- Create high-quality presentations and documents in support of executive initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective liaison work.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and markets.
- Support project management efforts by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other managers and administrators to ensure seamless coverage.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders is preferred.
