Operations Support/Bunker Admin Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Support/Bunker Admin, where you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

As an Operations Support/Bunker Admin, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team.
  • Updating transactions into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Data entry into systems.
  • Ensuring documents are properly archived.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Studies, Management, Administration, or Shipping, and relevant internship or minimum 6 months of experience in Commodities/shipping industry. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, having experience with shipping documentation, commodities, oil companies, data entry, and multitasking will be highly valued.
