Healthcare Support Associate

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Support: Assist patients with check-in, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
- Clinical Data Entry: Accurately record patient information and medical data into the electronic health record system.
- Patient Care: Demonstrate basic patient care skills and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain filing systems, coordinate appointments, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Insurance Liaison: Communicate effectively with insurance companies to ensure seamless claims processing.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Clinical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
