Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Application Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users of various applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to users of Microsoft Power Platform applications.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of application architecture, including COBOL, Azure, data integration, and SDLC.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application issues.
  • Document and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Support using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into effective IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, 0365, .Net, and Web development.
  • Experience with data integration and working with various data sources.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT development.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience in SharePoint and Azure support.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
