Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Application Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting with product development and integration within the technology domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate products with vendors and recommend customization for seamless integration.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to control and compliance initiatives.
  • Support application prototyping and recommend implementation solutions.
  • Provide third-line support to identify issues and react to system outages.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify engineering requirements.
  • Create installation documentation, training materials, and deliver technical training.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support.
  • Experience working in complex environments.
  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, basic HTML, shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Unix, AutoSys, Oracle, MongoDB.
  • Knowledgeable about CyberArk and monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics.
  • Automation using Starfleet or similar tools.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
