Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract HR Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from job postings to pre-employment checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and HR projects, such as career fairs and process improvements.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in HRIS/ATS a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to commit to a 6-month contract.
