We seek a highly motivated freelance recruitment specialist to source, interview, and place candidates while developing new business opportunities.
About the RoleThis remote position involves sourcing and interviewing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, extending job offers, and negotiating employment terms with selected candidates. The successful candidate will ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Interviewing Candidates: Utilise a range of methods to identify top talent, including social media, referrals, and targeted advertising.
- Candidate Coordination: Arrange meetings between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate effective communication and assessment.
- Job Offer Extension and Negotiation: Provide competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, engage with clients, and develop strategic partnerships.
- CEI Certificate is a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills: Prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Prior Recruitment Experience: Preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
