Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, candidate screening, and interviews. They will also maintain an organized recruitment database and offer staffing solutions to meet client needs.

  • Complete necessary paperwork for new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Certification
  • Ability to work legally in Singapore
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, target-driven, and eager for challenges
  • Capability to conduct various types of interviews
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and databases
  • Skill in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
