  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage facilities planning and operations, including maintenance, modification, and space allocation.
  • Work with counterparts in parent and subsidiary companies to raise maintenance performance standards.
  • Line management responsibility for maintenance team members.
  • Approval of work requests, requisitions, and contractors' daily timesheets.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience in the chemical industry in Singapore as a manager or assistant manager.
  • Knowledge of maintenance of mechanical rotating equipment and static facilities.
  • Experience as an E&I Process/Maintenance Engineer at a chemical plant or manufacturing facility.
  • Familiarity with high voltage power supply/MCC, control panel, and/or DCS design and system.
